Clearly, If you are going to eat these, you'll want to omit some of the ingredients to keep them low carb, i.e., don't put the bread in the salmon panzanella salad, or the corn in the grilled shrimp salad, or the chickpeas in the other salmon salad salad. The smoked fish salad with the herbed aioli sounds right up my alley today...
